Many thanks for this report, I’ve read the report, and it is great to see that the house is sound, well-maintained and poses no concerns from a buyer perspective. The two points you raised regarding foundation piles under the kitchen area and looking at a full roof replacement in 5 years time are very helpful for us in considering total cost of ownership.
