As independent inspectors, we have been contracted by you and will be available to respond to any questions or concerns in relation to this inspection.
We strongly advise you to have a qualified and experienced inspector evaluate the home you propose to purchase.

We check large structural aspects relating to foundations, load bearing walls and roof construction. All plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings are thoroughly checked and tested.
As experienced inspectors, we are aware of design and construction areas that can cause problems. Only the latest software and equipment is used.
Moisture testing is undertaken on all houses inspected.
The inspection will be completed in accordance with NZ Standard 4306 – 2005 Residential Property Inspections.
